Donald "Donnie" Ivan Lunn, 62 of Three Mile Plains passed away in the Halifax Infirmary on April 9, 2017 with his family by his side. Born in Windsor on May 29, 1955, he was the son of Ivan and Louise Lunn. He owned and operated his own company, Precision Development for over thirty years. He assisted his communties by outsourcing some of his work. Donnie was a member of the Windsor Legion Branch #9. He had many interests and enjoyed playing pool, guitar, fishing and chase the ace at the Legion that he and his best bud and brother Tony would attend. Tony and Donnie were inseparable, they also loved working in his body shop. Donnie had a very kind heart and would help anyone that was in need. He is survived by his mother Louise; sons Donnie, Jr.; Ryan; Lee and Quentin; brothers Michael (Judy); Tony (Ruthie); Gary (Ramona); Matthew (Kim); Rickey (Pauline); Jerry (Carrol) and Tootle (Joan); sisters Joan (J.P. Maurais) and Tammy; grandchildren and a great grandchild; also many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephew. Donnie was predeceased his father Ivan; step-father Randolph; brother Victor and sister Helena. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday April 18, 2017 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm in the Three Mile Plains Community Hall. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
