Roy Vincent Saulnier, 69 of Dartmouth passed away peacefully on May 5, 2017, with family by his side in the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Halifax, he was the son of the late Arthur Vincent and Gladys Levine (Williams) Saulnier. He was employed with Purolator Courier as a courier for 25 years until retiring. Activities including Elvis impersonations, music, movies and camping. He survived by his wife Sharon (Lindsay) and step-daughter Tracy (David) Gauvreau of Cole Harbour; daughters Mary Jane of Dartmouth; Tina (Richard) Klose of Edmonton; Tracey Sjodin of British Colunbia; Tammy of British Columbia; son Junior Roy Vincent of British Columbia; sisters Lorraine Doyle of Ontario; Jean Palmer of Halifax; 11 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Roy was predeceased by sister Irene of Halifax. Appreciation to VG Site, QEII/Hermatology Team, Dartmouth General Hospital, the VON, Palliative Care Team, Rev. Hodge and Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held on May 11, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the with Rev. Tammy Hodge officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Red Cross in memory of Roy. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
