Lindsay Vaille Barbour, 34 of Lakelands, Nova Scotia, passed away at her home on May 19th, 2017. The mother of Madora Rae, the youngest daughter of Heather and Bruce Barbour, the little sister of Katie and Annie Barbour. Lindsay was engaged to Steven Snow of Halifax and leaves behind many grieving hearts. Born in Halifax, raised in Bedford and Lakelands, Lindsay graduated and went on to complete her Pastry & Culinary Arts Degree at NSCC. She had many careers within the industry, including Scanway and Julien's Bakery and then moved into sales with A.C Coverts (wholesale seafood brokers). Besides her love of cooking and making one of the best breakfasts on the South Shore, Lindsay loved spending time with her daughter, going for long walks on our Nova Scotia beaches, collecting shells and fishing. We will be hosting an open house at our home at 245 Pigott Lake Road, Lakelands on Sunday May 28th, from 2-4pm. All are welcomed. Lindsay will be buried in a private family ceremony in New Brunswick. In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to the Mental Health Association of Nova Scotia, on line at: http://www.mentalhealthns.ca/ .Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822). Your messages will be printed and placed in her memory book, which will forever be with her.
