Obituary of Tina Lynn Clements

Please share a memory of Tina to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt and friend Tina Lynn Clements. She was the daughter of Linda Murree and Frank Halliday, sister to Jeff, Tracey, Vicky, Rodney and Arthur. She was a loving and very dedicated mother to her precious baby boy, Vaden. She loved him with all heart and soul. Being a mother was a lifelong dream of Tina's. Since she was at least fifteen years old, being a mother was all she spoke of, and when she found out that she was with child, she was over the moon with delight. She was all about the memories she tried to create for little Vaden. The most recent of them would be when she made a trip with him to Upper Clements Park, knowing she should not be exposed to the sun. Tina was a trouper and as much as the day tired her, she made sure that Vaden had a fun day that her beloved son would remember for all his time. Even though this took a lot out of her, for him she would go to any length. Tina would be overwhelmed at the amount of support. She would be in awe of the one's that have rallied around at this time. She had wonderful friendships and she loved all equally, with a few that Tina had befriended in childhood but she cherished them all. Tina was an employee of the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission, most recently Wolfville and New Minas, before her diagnosis with cancer. The family would like to offer a special thank you to VON and Palliative Care. Cremation has taken place. A Service will be held in the Wolfville Funeral Chapel with private family interment to follow at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in Tina's memory and in honor of her son, Vaden to the Kingstec Learning Centre, this is a non-registered charity, so please make cheques payable to the Kingstec Learning Centre. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Wolfville Funeral Chapel, 568 Main Street Wolfville (902-542-4656).
