Bradford Adelbert Benjamin, Jr., 57 of Cavelle Street, Canning passed away Friday January 19, 2018 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born July 18, 1960 in Kentville, he was the only son of the late Bradford and Greta (Cox) Benjamin. He was employed as a truck driver for many years and retired from NAPA due to poor health. He enjoyed tinkering in his garage, and having coffee with his friends. Pat and the boys stayed by Brad's side until he departed this world on Friday. Brad is survived by his wife of 20 years Pat Hiltz; sons Jessie (Jessica) Shaw, Waterville; Brandon (Annie), Port Williams; Jordan, Arlington; Leigh, Canning; step-sons Chad (Jolene) Hiltz, Canning; Dustin Hiltz, Berwick; sisters Deborah (Clarence) Lynk, Hillaton; Barbara (Leon) Sheffield, Arlington; Tammy (Donald) Moffatt, Arlington; special grandchild Ryden Benjamin; step-grandchildren Meadow Hiltz, Toronto; Colton Hiltz, Springhill and Harlee Hiltz, Canning; as well as several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or service by request. Memorial donations may be made to the Arlington Community Cemetery, Canning or to a Charity of One's Choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
