Please know that though Roxanne and I didn't see one another in our adult life, I thought of her smile and kindness every time l drove by their family home in Shelburne and will continue to do so. I met Roxanne when I joined our soccer team. She was one awesome chick. I looked up to her being a lady over 50 and still kicking it for the love of the game. I loved how friendly and positive she was. When she was battling breast cancer, I admired her optimistic attitude. She was a true warrior.
