Obituary of Neil Patrick Joseph Cloghesy
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Neil Patrick Cloghesy, 72 of Wolfville, in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. He was the son of the late Theodore and Margaret (Deans) Cloghesy of Montreal, Quebec.
Neil was a kind, thoughtful man who loved his friends, his books, and his classical music. He was also deeply in love with his second home of Wolfville.
Neil leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Karen (Kane); his beloved son, James; and his brother Michael (Xania) of Montreal; and five nephews and their families.
Cremation will take place. A Memorial Service in Montreal will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart & Stroke Foundation or your local food bank.
