With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dan Rose, born on February 14, 1948 and died March 17, 2022.

Predeceased by his loving wife, Wendy Hubley Rose - Oct 3, 2017; his father, George Edward Rose; his mother, Betty Rose-Coolen; his brother, George Rose and sister in law, Etta; brother, Jim Rose and sister in law, Kay; brother Stephen Rose, sister in law, Rosalie; brother in law, Bruce Hubley, and father in law, Herbert Hubley.

He is survived by son, Michael (Joy) Rose; grandsons, Jordan and Daniel, of Alberta. His brother, David (Nadie) Rose of Halifax; and Shawn (Pauline) Rose of Mount Uniacke; sister in law, Edna and Sharon His mother-in-law, Evelyn Hubley; and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4R 1B9 (902-679-2822).
