Obituary of Sheila Ann Deveau
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sheila Deveau, 76, passed away on March 12, 2025. Born on May 10, 1948, in Wolfville NS. She was the daughter of the late Grace Davenport and Donald Attwell.

Sheila was a devoted wife to her husband Delbert Deveau and a committed mother to her children, Monica DeBaie (Billy) and Jeremy Deveau (Jamie); Grandchildren, Ashley Deveau, Miranda Bremner (Matt), Samantha Budgell (Matt), Paisley Deveau and Joe Deveau; Great grandsons Elijah, Finley and Liam.
Sheila was a loyal friend to many and known for her kindness and selflessness. She was an amazing cook, even though she said she despised it you could always find her in the kitchen. If Sheila thought someone was hungry and down on their luck you could find her making bread and other goodies to drop off.
“Mom’s love for crafting and crocheting overtook our kitchen every Christmas making the most beautiful items to take to a local craft fair or to give away as gifts. Rest in peace, Mom. Your love and legacy will live on in our hearts forever.”
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society a cause close to Sheila’s heart. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook, NS.
