Obituary of Don Carey

Donald Carey, age 79, of Avonport passed away peacefully in the Valley Regional Hospital on March 15th, 2025. Donald was the son of the late Kenneth and Mary Carey.

Donald lived most of his adult life in Toronto, Ontario, then moved to New Minas, Nova Scotia in August 2021. Donald will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Donald is survived by his brother, Merle Carey of Dykeland Lodge in Windsor.

There will be no funeral service by request, A private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 198 Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook, NS.
