Clifford Hebert

Obituary of Clifford Edward Hebert

Clifford Edward Hebert, 78, died peacefully on June 16, 2025, at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Cliff was born and raised in Dartmouth, NS where he met his wife, June and upon graduating from the Nova Scotia Teachers College he began his career, moved to Mount Uniacke and started a family.

Cliff would take on many volunteer roles with the Uniacke & District Volunteer Firefighters. He was an active member of the Uniacke United Baptist and South End Baptist Church. Cliff was a man who loved his family dearly and would do anything for them, but he was also a man who would do anything for anyone whether you were a stranger he invited to stay with him, or a friend who needed something typed for them. He had a way of helping everyone and all who knew him loved him and counted on him with the most trusted of things.

Cliff is survived by his wife, June (Cross); daughter, Kim (Ron) Tibert (Lunenburg); son, Jeffrey (Shannon) Hebert (Dartmouth) and his favorite people, his grandchildren - Nathan (Veronica), Emily and Addison. He will also be missed by his brother and sister; his in-laws as well as many nieces and nephews.

Clifford is predeceased by his parents, Edward and Mary Hebert which given his faith in God he is in heaven reunited again as well as his brother-in-law, George Perry.

A Funeral Service will take place July 5, 2025 at 2:00pm in the South End Baptist Church, Dartmouth, NS. Interment will be a family affair at a later date. Once Mom had to move to Oakwood Terrace, Dad spent many hours there with staff and Mom. He loved the staff there and was so happy that they were so kind and helpful with Mom. (and we were so grateful for their kindness to him) In lieu of flowers we would ask for donations be made to Oakwood Terrace to help Unit C repair an outdoor space for their residences or South End Baptist Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook, NS
