Obituary of Doris Melinda Grant-Ethier

Doris Melinda Grant-Ethier, 72, of Halifax, NS, passed away on August 30, 2025 in  the VG Pallitive Care Unit, with her daughter beside her.

Doris was born in Liverpool NS to William and Ruth Grant on June 28th , 1953. Doris worked as a CNA in homecare. She loved to dance, listen to music and be with family and friends. She was game for anything. She loved being with her grandchildren and being apart of what ever they were doing.

Doris is survived by.  Her daughter Wendy Roberts, sons Robert Roberts and Gordie Williams, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Sister Carolyn, Margaret, Susan, brothers James(Tanya) and Wayne(Kim). Many neices and nephews and great neices amd nephews. She is preceded by Her infant son Brian, father and Mother and many other loved ones.

There will be a burial service at a later date for family. Memorial donations may be made to organization of your choice,  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Serenity Funeral Services.
