Blanche Evelyn Kerr of Kentville passed away in Shannex Orchard Court on February 28, 2017. She was in her 107th year. Formally of West Brooklyn, Blanche was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Ross) Greenough of Cheverie.
She is survived by daughter Eva of Wolfville; son Lewis (Dorothy) of West Brooklyn; grandchildren Steven; Joy-Ann; Roy (Rose); Donna (John) Roelofs; Kathy (Phil) Carnie; Cindy (Tim) Martin; Tina all of Ontario; 22 great grandchildren; 23 great great grandchildren; 1 great great great grandchild; extended granddaughter Sheila Reese, who was our angel of Cambridge; many more extended family members; many nieces and nephews; and sister in law Norma Kerr of Ontario.
Blanche was predeceased by her husband Henry; great grandson Christopher Leming and several sisters and brothers.
Dorothy and Lewis wish to thank the staff at the Orchard Court for five years of loving and caring for Mother.
A visitation will take place on March 7, 2017 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Wolfville Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on March 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Chaple. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Valley Cardiac Rehab. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, Wolfville Chapel, 568 Main Street Wolfville (902-542-4656).
