Obituary of LaRaine Robinson Miller

LaRaine Robinson (Lurch) Miller, 63 of Berwick, NS, passed away on August 10, 2017 at Valley Regional Hospital. LaRaine Miller was born in Berwick to Pauline and Arnold Miller on October 14, 1953. He worked at Nichols Farm for Doug and Marlene for 33 years. He enjoyed being outside, the love of animals and being around his family. He was a gentle, kind hearted person who wore his heart on his sleeve. He loved his little dog and all the people around him. He would go to his moms looking for "yummies" he would say, to get baked goods and sweets. There wasn't much food he didn't like. He liked to tease his mom and sisters because he liked making people smile. He will be missed by all that crossed his path. LaRaine is survived by his Mother Pauline Miller of Berwick. Spouse Judy Jackson and five step children. Siblings Gwendolyn (Dean) Amero, Carolyn (Aubrey) Miller, Glendon (Heather) Miller, Wade (Sherry) Miller, Donna (Fred) Miller, Ricky (Debbie) Miller and Walter Miller. He is preceded in death by his Father, Arnold Miller, Sister, and Marilyn (Gerald) Morse. He had numerous Nieces, nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews. He didn't have any children himself but loved these children as his own. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
