Trevor Allan Joseph Pelton of New Minas passed away suddenly on September 24, 2017. Born June 6, 1983, he was the son of the late Joyce "Pepper" Herman and Ricky Pelton. Trevor had a love for music, some of his favorites were Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC and Metallica. One enjoyment he had was the outdoors, he especially loved fishing. He was also a hugh movie buff. Trevor was known for his big heart and unconditional love for his family. His bright smile will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his sisters Amanda (Rodney) Kelly of Waterville; Amy Murphy of Coldbrook; Allyson Murphy Curran of Berwick; nieces Jayden and Emma Kelly; nephews Eli Kelly and Gabriel Curran; paternal grandparents Marguerite Pelton of Waterville and Douglas Pelton of Berwick; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Besides his parents, Trevor was predeceased by step-father Daryl Herman; maternal grandparents Hilary and Marguerite Curran; uncles Ronald "Mugsy" Curran and Michael Curran. A Funeral Service will be held on September 30, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Berwick Funeral Chapel. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Open Arms Resource Center, 32 Cornwallis Street, Kentville, NS, B4N 2E1. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Berwick Funeral Chapel, 192 Commercial Street Berwick (902-538-9900).
