47, born June 7, 1961 in Halifax he resided in Auburn Nova Scotia and has gone for eternity to a place where the hunting, fishing and golfing will be forever plentiful. Ken is survived by his loving wife Tracey Everett and his children Shannon Adams (Kevin) of Calgary, Alberta, Alyssa McGraw (Will Corbett) of Ottawa, Ontario, Kyle MacRae of Ottawa, Ontario, Michelle MacRae of Auburn, Nova Scotia. His mother Patricia MacRae, his brothers Mike (Carol), Don (Irene), Steve (Leanne), and John. Ken lived his formative years in Trenton, Ontario and had served at many Military bases across Canada including two postings in Cold Lake, a posting in Trenton, Ontario and Greenwood, Nova Scotia as well as a tour in Aviano (Italy) in 1999. Ken was a Veteran of 23 years in the Canadian Forces, and more recently worked for FGG Inspections where he was a senior analyst and a valuable member of the team. Ken was an avid outdoors man and an East coast man at heart. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, family and friends who will all miss him dearly. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father and loyal and faithful friend. He was known as a generous laidback soul who always had an ear to listen or a shoulder to lend. His kind nature could always bring a smile even in the most trying times. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. with vigil prayers at 8 p.m. Friday March 20 in H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S. B0P 1E0 (902-538-9900) A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday March 21 in Queen of Heaven Chapel, Church St., 14 Wing Greenwood. Father Timothy Nelligan officiating. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your own local fish and wildlife association.
