92, Port Williams, passed away Friday November 9, 2007 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Canklow England, she was the daughter of the late Albert F. and Lucy (Cooke) Roberts. Mrs. Aspinall enjoyed playing bridge, was an avid reader and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles in the daily criptaqoute. Dorothy was up to date on today's politics and always knew the weather forecast. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She is survived by daughters; Denise Aspinall (Aran Silmeryn), Wolfville, Catherine (John) Roberts, Toronto Ont., Janet (Leonard Blood), Bonaire Georgia, sister, Thelma (Fred) Kassell, brother in law, Jack Partridge, both of England, grandchildren; Andrea, Liane, Michelle, and Patrick, great grandchildren, Ethan and Allie. Besides her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Harold, sister Kathleen. There will be no visitation for Mrs. Aspinall. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of H.C. Lindsay Funeral Homes 568 Main St., P.O. Box 685 Wolfville, N.S. B4P 1E5 (902-542-2151) Where a funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday November 14, with a reception to follow. Rev. Robert Billings officiating. Burial will take place in Willowbank Cemetery, Wolfville. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Parkinson's Foundation or to the Nova Scotia Lung Association.
