70, Mississauga, Ont., formerly of Waterville, Kings Co., passed away suddenly at home on July 6, 2008. Born on June 16, 1938, in Middleton, he was the only son of the late Russell and Christina Chase (of Waterville). He worked at the Digby Pines Hotel and at the Berwick Bakery before moving to Ontario. Surviving are daughters, Debbie, Cheryl & Robin, all of Ontario; sisters, Rosie Reid, Waterville; Jeanie (Paul) Martin, Cambridge; Mary Lou Little, Waterville; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by parents, Russell & Christina Chase; son, Brian; daughters, Nancy & Clorest. A funeral service was conducted July 10, at Scott Funeral Home, Mississauga, Ontario, followed by cremation. All are welcome to the Interment Service which will be held 2 p.m. Sunday August 3, in the Berwick Cemetery. Pastor Tim Bigelow officiating. Donations may be made to any charity.
