78, Wolfville, passed away peacefully, Thursday January 22, 2009 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Barss Corner, he was a son of the late Ezra and Nellie (Myers) Eisener. Judson was a hard working man. He worked as janitor for Acadia University until his retirement. He will be remembered as a loving and caring father and grandfather. Judson is survived by his son, Franklyn (Dianne), Lunenburg; daughter, Ann (Danny) McLeod, Woodstock, NB.; granddaughters, Tanya (Mike) Taylor, Shawna (Bradley) Robar, Amanda (Jason) Moorcraft, Shaylynn, Jennifer; great grandsons, Cameron, Evan, Braiden & Dylan. Besides his parents, Judson was predeceased by his beloved wife, Violet Eisener; brother, Ralston and sister, Joyce. Respecting Judson's wishes, there was no visitation. A private family-only graveside committal service took place on Monday January 26, 2009 in Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. Rev. Thelma McLeod officiated. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home 5 Leverett Ave., Kentville, N.S. (902-678-2151). Donations in Judson's memory may be made to a charity of choice.
