75- of Greenfield Kings Co., died July 4, 2008 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. He was a son of the late Wesley and Hattie (Davidson) Harris. Lovett was a woodsman, he loved the outdoors. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting. He was an avid card player. Lovett will be sadly missed by his many family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Bertha (Schofield); one daughter, Louise Ann Harris; sons, Blaine, (Waydee), Kenneth (Louise), Roger and Greg; 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Marguerite, Hazel, Marjorie, Pauline and Gloria; brothers, Waldo, Harlan, Hartley and David. Besides his parents, Lovett was predeceased by a son, Douglas; brothers, Junior and Elwin. There will be no visitation by the family's request. A funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday July 8 in the H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home 568 Main St., Wolfville (902-542-2151). Rev. Ellen Hunt officiating.
