Hardy, William Matthew "Matt" - 45, Harbourville, Kings Co. passed away peacefully at his home in Harbourville, on Friday October 5, 2007. Born in Windsor, Hants Co. on September 21, 1962, he was a son of William Patrick "Pat" (Laura) Hardy, Riverview, N.B. and Sherrill Sandra (DeMont) Hardy, Aylesford. Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother, Joseph Patrick (Deborah) Hardy, Somerset, Kings Co., niece, Kate Hardy, nephew, Daniel Hardy; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. He was also known as uncle Matt to Nick & Morgan Lutz & Kaylem Horsnell. He was predeceased by grandparents, William & Vivian Hardy; Fred & Hattie DeMont.; aunt, Margaret Williams & cousin, William Borowic (Arizona). Visitation for Matt will take place Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. in the H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0, (902-538-9900), from where the funeral service will take place 2 p.m. Thursday October 11. Rev. Ray A. Francis officiating, with burial in the Berwick Cemetery. Flowers welcomed, donations in his memory may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia, or to the Victorian Order of Nurses, Annapolis Valley Branch.
