66, Lake Paul, Kings Co. passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday November 28, 2007. Born in Thomasville, Shelburne Co., he was the son of Alice (McKay) Smith, Roseway Manor, Shelburne, and the late Laurie Smith. Frank served in the Royal Canadian Air Force and had worked for 13 years in Ontario for the Limestone District School Board as a bus driver. Frank had a passion for cars. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Deborah A. (Eikle) Smith; daughters, Velma (Gary) Prue, Landsdowne, Ont.; Maureen (Brian) Landsbergen, Napanee, Ont.; Lesley (David) Ingls, Ottawa, Ont.; step-children, April Hazel, Halifax; Dion Hazel, Bridgewater; grandchildren, Samantha Prue; Myra & Owen Landsbergen; Michelle, Bradley, Ryan & Patrick Inglis, all of Ontario; brothers, John (Imelda), Calgary, Alberta; Bill (June), Thomasville, Ont.; sister, June (Sam) Stewart, Mt. Pleasant, Lunenburg Co. There will be no visitation. Funeral service will take place 11 a.m. Monday December 3, in the H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0, (902-538-9900). Rev. Charles Bull officiating. Interment will take place in Ontario, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, the Canadian Diabetes Association, or any charity.
