54, Waterville, Kings Co., passed away July 10, 2008, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Berwick, he was a son of the late George & Grace (Zwicker) Pelton. Surviving are his wife, Sheila (Patterson) Pelton; children, Kevin, at home; Sandra (Andy Strong) Pelton, Berwick; grandchildren, Amy, Hannah & Ethan; brothers, Mansfield, Waterville; Douglas & Blake, Berwick; Arnold (Kay), Kingston; Curtis (Susan), Port Williams; sisters, Gloria (Lloyd) Baltzer, Aylesford; Lilis Pelton, Beaverbank; mother-in-law, Donna Marr, Kentville ; several nieces & nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his father-in-law, Blake Patterson. Visitation for Stanley will take place 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Monday in the H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0 (902-538-9900), from where the funeral service will take place 2 p.m., Tuesday July 15. Rev. Donald Rafuse officiating, with burial in the Berwick Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
