Pearl, Kathleen Mabel - Kay쳌 - 83, Cambridge, passed away Friday April 2, 2010 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville, she was the daughter of the late William and Susan (Burns) Randall. Kathleen spent the majority of her working life employed by a Nursing Home located in Ontario. After her husband passed away in 1983 she lived out their retirement wishes by moving home to Kentville. Kay was a beautiful singer and sang in the Aldershot Baptist Church Choir. Also, she was an excellent bowler and enjoyed curling as well. Kathleen loved spending time with her brother - Bud쳌, and her two close friends Laura and Janet. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Mike) Watkins, Huntington Beach, California; sisters, Eileen Gownlock, and Marilyn Morgan; Grandchildren, Kristina, Michaela, and Brittney, Huntington Beach, California. Kathleen was predeceased by her brothers, Donald and Robert - Bud쳌 Randall; and sisters, Hilda Randall, Betty Murley, Joan Taylor and Frances Bennett. A graveside Committal Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday April 10, 2010 in Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. Chaplain Jim Norton officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Salvation Army location of your choice. Funeral arrangements are under the care & direction of H. C. Lindsay Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 5 Leverett Ave., Kentville, N.S. B4N 2K5 (902-678-2151).
