Obituary of Steven Albert Barnaby

BARNABY, Steven Albert - 49, Gaspereau Mountain passed away Wednesday November 17, 2010 at home. Born in Wolfville he is a son of Marie (Butler) Davidson, Gaspereau Mountain and the late Albert Barnaby. Steven was a loyal family member who loved his family and spending time with his son doing things like watching movies together. Steven spent allot of time with his little brother and best friend, Louie. Steven liked working on cars. He was an artist using pencils to make sketches. Besides his mother, Steven is survived by his common law wife, Laura Anne Bowles; and his step father Malcolm Davidson; sons Zachary Barnaby, at home, Steven Pinch, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta; step daughter Chasidy Garland-Redbear, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta; brothers, Malcolm - Terry쳌 (Phyllis), Gaspereau Mountain, Richard - Ricky쳌, Wolfville, Lewellyn - Louie쳌, Gaspereau Mountain, Donald, Windsor; sisters Cathy (Justin) Spencer, New Minas, Nancy Davidson, Gaspereau Mountain, Karen (James) Barry, Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Michelle (Richard) Ferguson, Gaspereau Mountain; 2 step brothers; several step grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and one great nephew. Visitation will be Monday November 22, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm in Serenity Funeral Home, Wolfville from where the funeral will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday November 23, 2010 with Rev. Gary Manthorne officiating. Burial will be in the Gaspereau Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Addiction Services in the Valley.
