DELAHUNT, Gary Bryant - 63, of Cobourg, Ontario went to be with the Lord on October 19 after a brief but courageous illness with cancer. Born in Wolfville he was a son of Maude (Haley) and the late Harold Delahunt. He grew up in the Wolfville schools and when Kings Vocational High School opened he enrolled in the Motor Vehicle Repair Program graduating in the first graduation class of 1966. He was never without work and for many years was manager and head man in Stock Department with Ford Motor Co., Ontario. Besides his mother he is survived by son Richard, Guelph, Ontario; daughter Virginia (Blaine) Allen, Liverpool, Melissa (Sean) MacLean, Sydney Mines; grandchildren Jessie and Samantha Allen, Liverpool and Hannah MacLean, Sydney Mines; brother Walter, Europe. Besides his father he was predeceased by brothers Harold Jr. and Richard. Cremation has taken place. Interment to be held at a later date in Willowbank Cemetery, Wolfville. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
