CROMWELL, Norma Mae - 72, Southville, Nova Scotia passed away peacefully inYarmouth Regional Hospital on October 28, 2010 surrounded by her family. Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She will be forever remembered and greatly missed. She was an avid Church goer.She loved playing cards and bingo. She was a member of the ladies auxiliary. Born in Danvers, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Mildred (Cromwell) Tynes. Surviving are children Kelvin, Bonita (Curtis), Sheila, Travis, Darren (Linda), Jonathan, Neldena, Dawn, Crandel; grandchildren, Sabrina, Aisha, Keldon, Chadwick, Aaron, Trey, Zantyah, Isaac, Rahsaan, Donavan, Darien, Shayliah, Deshaun, Keauna, Shardai; great grandchildren Naykia, Janaysha, Jaiosha, NDeya, Jada, Shayla; sisters Pauline Tynes, Carol(John) Thompson, Arlene Tynes; brothers James (Carmelita) Tynes, Ronald (Karen) Tynes, Bertram (Diana) Tynes, Gifford Tynes; aunts Evangeline Cromwell, Myrtle Robinson, Guida Simms; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents she was predeceased by husband Donald; son Carlos; daughter Yvonne; sisters Doris, Martha, Velma; brother Fred. Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Southville on Tuesday November 2, 2010 at 11:00 am with Father Keith Billard officiating. Donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of choice.
