MURPHY, Francis Garfield - Frank - 61, Halifax, passed away recently at home. Born in Glace Bay, he was a son of the late James and Frances (MacDonald) Murphy. Frank attended school in Dominion and St. Francis Xavier University. Surviving are his children, Lane and Ron, who both reside in British Columbia; sister, Myrna Bettiol; brothers, Vernon (Wilma), all of Ontario; Mike (Bernadette), New Brunswick; George (Faith), Waterville, Kings Co.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation has taken place and the Interment Service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to your favourite charity. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0 (902-538-9900).
