MELANSON, Anna Margaret - 78, passed away in the Digby Hospital on March 6, 2011. Born in Weymouth; she was the daughter of the late Charles and Marion (Smith) Walsh. Anna enjoyed sewing and knitting; especially socks. She always enjoyed the company of her many friends. Anna will be sadly missed by her sons Bim (Sharon); Patrick; Paul (Julie); Bruce (Brenda); Ricky (Kim); Stewart (Tracey); daughters Shirley (Donald) White; Sheila Blinn; Sandra (Jim) Kelly; Sharon; Betty (Terry) Amero; Roxanne Graham; brother George; sisters Marion; Pauline Donovan; 15 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. Besides her parents Anna was predeceased by her brothers Jimmy and Richard Walsh. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family interment held at St. Joseph?¢s Catholic Cemetery at a later date in Weymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Anna may be made to the Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home & Crematorium, 568 Main Street, Wolfville, NS B4P 1E7.
