I am sorry to hear of your loss. Although you do not know me I was a Greenwich Volunteer Firefighter with Doug and I have some very fond memories of him. He took me under his wing like a big brother/father when I joined the fire service, during a time when female firefighters were not accepted and very rare. Although I have not seen him in quite some time those memories remain very dear to me as your memories will to you. It is never easy loosing a loved one my thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. Heather
