Wentzell, Truman Joseph - Joeì³ - 63, passed away on Thursday June 30, 2011 in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in Windsor he was the son of the late George and Teresa (Pemberton) Wentzell. Joe worked as a custodian for 30 years for the Valley Regional School Board. He had a love for antique cars and owned a 1952 Oldsmobile Rocket 88. As well Joe was a member of the Hants Community Cruisers. He is survived by his wife Sharon (Lake), Ellershouse; son Blaine (Donna) Wentzell, Stewiacke; daughters Tina (Kelly Hancock) Mason, Bedford; Tracy (Darrin) Silver, Falmouth; Tammy (Kevin Day) Wentzell, Falmouth; brothers Donald (Brenda) Wentzell, Three Mile Plains; Dennis (Charlotte Schofield) Wentzell, Three Mile Plains; sisters Audrey Whitehead, Three Mile Plains; Marilyn (Gorden) Smith, Brooklyn; Sylvia (Kenneth) Dodge; sister in law Rosanne Wentzell; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Joe is predeceased by his brother Irvin; and brother in law Clarence Whitehead. As per Joe?¢s wishes; cremation has already taken place. There will be no visitation or service. Donations in Joe?¢s memory may be made to the Dalhousie Medical Research Foundation.
