Shepherd Frances - 95, passed peacefully on July 9, 2011 at the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home. Born in Annapolis Royal, she was the daughter of the late John and Harriet Clark. Frances was a homemaker at heart and she really enjoyed her years of looking after her loving family, she was a real ââ?¬Ë?mom?¢s mom?¢. She will be missed by all who came to know and love her. Surviving are her son James (Dale), Granville Ferry; daughter Susan (Tom), California; six grandchildren, Darlene, Ashley, Derrick, Erin, and John. She also had several great grandchildren as well as several great great grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister Madge. Besides her parents Frances was predeceased by a daughter Carol; son John; brothers Russell, Harry, Edward, Jack, George and Arthur; sisters Dorothy Jean, and Glen; grandson Alan. By family request, there will not be a visitation. A memorial service will take place on July 14, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the St. Luke?¢s Anglican Church, St George St., Annapolis Royal Nova Scotia with Reverend Canon K. M. Vaughan officiating. Reception to follow at the church hall. A private family interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Annapolis Royal. Donations in her memory may be made to Annapolis Community Health Center. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home 568 Main Street Wolfville Nova Scotia B4P 1E7.
