BERRY, Lawrence Braine - 88, Smith?¢s Cove passed away August 24, 2011 in Villa Acadienne, Meteghan. Born in Smiths Cove he was a son of the late William and Euta (Simmons) Berry. Lawrence was a farmer and woodsman. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Lawrence is survived by Sister-in-law Frances Berry, Smith?¢s Cove; Nieces Brenda Oikle, Holly Lewis, Susan Oliver, Christine Hinton; Aunt Mrs. Charles Wright. Besides his parents Lawrence was predeceased by Brothers Arthur, Allen; Sisters Audrey and Florence. A graveside memorial service will be held September 17, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Clementsvale Cemetery with Pastor Mark J. Cress officiating. Donations in memory of Lawrence may be made to the Smith's Cove United Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home and Crematorium, 568 Main St., Wolfville, NS B4P 1E7.
