Steele, Frank - Grampyì³ November 6, 1941-October 27, 2011; we are saddened to announce the death of our dearly beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, brother-in-law and true friend. Frank passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2011, surrounded by his loving family at his home in Waverley, NS; after a brief journey with cancer. He was born in New Waterford, NS on November 6, 1941 and was a son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Campbell) Steele. Frank is survived by his sweetheart of forty one years, Ann (O?¢Halloran) and their sons Chad (Vicki); Mark (J?¢aime); and his grandchildren Taylor; Brody; Gabe; Macintyre; Ruby; and Jesse. Also he is survived by his brothers Ronnie (Carol), New Waterford; Harry (Flo); and Greg both of Toronto, ON; Peter, Sydney; sisters Peggy (Jim) O?¢Halloran, Monague, PEI; Anne Marie (Gerry) Caulfield, Burlington, Ontario; many nieces and nephews in Canada and the US, who will surely miss their beloved Uncle Frank; as well as many cherished friends; neighbours; and co-workers. Frank was predeceased by his parents and his brother Ray (Bozo) Steele. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 from 5-9 p.m. in the Saint Rose of Lima Church, 9 Jamieson Drive, Fall River, Nova Scotia from where a Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, October 29 at 11 a.m. A private burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank?¢s memory may be made to the Saint Rose of Lima Building Fund or to the Canadian Food for Children foundation.
