Dugan, Lillian Irene Veronica (Corkum) - 68, of Auburn; passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, November 26, 2011. Born in Aylesford, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Helen (Bezanson) Corkum. Lillian was an avid quilter, knitter, and enjoyed sewing. She liked playing bingo, watching and feeding the birds at her home. She also enjoyed spending time at the family cottage in Morden. Lillian is survived by her daughters, Beverley (Al) Pye, Auburn; Brenda (Lance MacNairn) Dugan, Margaretville; Linda (Roland) Albert, Auburn; Roberta (Rainer Hemker) Dugan, Auburn; brothers, James Corkum, Berwick; Andrew (Charlene) Corkum, Oromocto, NB; sisters, Shirley Graves, Cambridge, ON; Lottie (Hughie) Rafuse, Cambridge, ON; Eva (Joseph) Vidito, Nictaux; Janet (Brian Bezanson) Corkum, Auburn; Margaret (Robert) MacDonald, Meadowvale; Barb (Russell) Moriarity, Morden; grandchildren, Stuart; Rebecca; Tanya; Steven; Tascha; Amanda; Stephanie and Lauren; great granddaughter, Lyla; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Lillian is predeceased by her husband, Robert; infant son Barry; sister, Nellie, and brother-in-law, Neil Graves. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, Berwick; with Reverend Father Larry Pitcher. Private family burial will be held at a later date in the Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations in Lillian's memory may be made to Spina Bifida Canada or to a charity of choice.
