Simpson, Marion Leah (Misner) - 79, Lockhartville Road. Kings Co, N.S. passed away on November 30, 2011 in Halifax, surrounded by her loving family. Born May 15,1932 in Chipman Brook, N.S. She was a daughter of the late Melvin and Ethel Misner. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Roland, daughters; Sandra (Carl) Kerr, Lockhartville, Katherine (Richard) Sherrard, Windsor, Karen (Jerry) Wells, Ellershouse Road, Grace Smith (Robert Stevens), Chester; Sons; Bryon (Carole), Mount Denson, Howard (Cindy), Mount Denson; Sister Irma Jane Smith, Chipman Brook; Brother; Gary (Roseanne), North Alton: Grandchildren: Michael Kerr, Lockhartville, Matthew Smith (Samantha Bosca), Fredericton, Jane Sherrard, Centreville, Michelle (Jason States) Kerr, Hantsport, Troy Hood, Mt Denson, Anthony (Danielle de Graaf) Sherrard, Centreville, Troy (Brandi) Wells, Mt Denson, Sara Smith (Lee Rodgers), Wolfville, Angela Simpson(Chris Bigelow) Coldbrook; 17 great grandchildren; two nieces, and one nephew. Besides her parents she was predeceased by an infant sister; and loving son Alan. Cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside memorial service Monday December 5, 2011 at 10:30 am in the Riverside Cemetery, Hantsport with Rev. Gary Manthorne officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one?¢s choice.
