MILLIGAN, Lila RobertaÃ?ÃÂ -Ã?ÃÂ 83, Rockland, Kings Co., passed away suddenly on Friday, December 2, 2011, at home.Ã?ÃÂ Born in Knutsford, Prince Edward Island, she was a daughter of the late Hughie and Georgie (Adams)Ã?ÃÂ MacGregor.Ã?ÃÂ Lila had worked at Cunard Poultry and later in the laundryÃ?ÃÂ department at the Western Kings Memorial Hospital, Berwick, until herÃ?ÃÂ retirement. She enjoyed playing cards, attending crib tournaments and bingo nights at the Berwick and District Lions Club. Surviving are her son, Scott, Rockland; grandsons, Scotty and Brandon, and their mother, Denise Milligan; brother, Gary (Paulette) MacGregor, Gimli, Man.; sisters, Carol (Albert) MacWilliams, Riverview, N.B.; Brenda MacGregor, Summerside, P.E.I.; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Russell W. Milligan; brothers, Albert - Abbì³ and Lewis; sisters, Annie Laurie in infancy; Lilas Kirev. Visitation forÃ?ÃÂ will take place 7-9 p.m., Monday, in the Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0,Ã?ÃÂ (902-538-9900). Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 6, in the Berwick United Church, 240 Commercial St., Berwick. Rev. Linda Winton officiating, with the Berwick Cemetery.
