Obituary of Dennis Dixon

Dixon, Dennis Allen, 65 - Waterville, passed away May 12, 2012 at home. Born March 14, 1947 in Kentville he was a son of the late Russell and Ida (Gillis) Dixon. Dennis was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be sadly missed by all. Dennis was a hard working man, he loved working with cattle and hunting. Dennis had owned and operated a forestry operation with his son. Dennis is survived by his wife of 44 years, Priscilla (Cleveland), son Scott Dixon, Tupper Lake, daughter Susan Dixon, Moncton, NB; grandsons Anthony, Cody, Ryan, and Jessie Dixon; brother Everett (Sharon), Steam Mill; sisters: Shirley Kelly, Florida and Erma Dixon, Ontario; aunt Hazel Toole, Bridgetown; special chosen daughter, Cathy Misner, Alberta. Besides his parents Dennis was predeceased by a daughter at infancy, and his sister Jennie Heward. Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral by his request. There was a private family visitation on Sunday. Donations in memory of Dennis may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Nova Scotia.
