Obituary of Wayne Milbury

MILBURY, Wayne Douglas - 62, of Bear River, it is with great sadness the family of the late Wayne Milbury announce his passing on June 18, 2012 in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. Born on October 5, 1949, he was the son of Richard and Marion Milbury of Bear River, whom he loved immensely. Wayne loved fishing, hunting, car racing, and his family, especially his grandchildren. His loss will be felt by all that knew him. Wayne is survived by his wife of 38 years, Diane; his parents; stepchildren Brenton (Twila) Jefferson; Tina (Andy) Acker; Trudy (Pab) Gillam; grandchildren Janelle; Drew; Dawson; and Abby, all of whom adored him; brother Ritchie (Carolyn); sister Linda (Dale); nephews Joel; Jamie; Raymond; niece Tammy; lifetime friends Phil and Michael. Donations in memory of Wayne may be made to a charity of choice. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held Thursday June 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bear River Waterfront with Pastor Mark Cress officiating with reception to follow at the Bear River Legion.
