Leopold, Madeline Grace (Chambers) - 80, of Windsor; passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 in the Hants Community Hospital. Born in Newport, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Margaret (Brown) Chambers. Madeline was known as one of the community mothers; she enjoyed children and was always taking care of them whether it be by way of clothing or food she was there for them all. She was fond of her daily visits by Goojin their family pet. Madeline will be remembered and missed for her kindness and generosity. She is survived by her sons, Bobby (Jean) Chambers, Brooklyn; Raymond (Linda), New Ross; Michael, New Ross; daughter, Hilda Dimock, Brooklyn; devoted grandson Doug and his wife; grandchildren Darrell; Elaine; Nancy; Randy; Tiffney; Tammy; Deanna; Justin; Kate-Lyn; Cara; great grandchildren, Jennifer; Theresa; Lindsay; Christie; Chad; Blake; Anthony; Amanda; Austin; Logan; Lauchlin; Rosalie; Neveah; sisters, Eva Caldwell, Fort McMurray, AB; Winifred Hilchey, Brooklyn; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Madeline was predeceased by her husband Oran; son, Roger; daughters, Elizabeth; Deborah; brothers, Frances; Raymond; Wilfred; and Robert. Visitation will be held in the Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, New Ross on Friday, July 13 from 7-9. Funeral service will take place on Saturday July 14 at 2:00 p.m. in the Christ Anglican Church, New Ross with Nicole Uzans officiating.
