Dear Joan & Family:
I was saddenned to hear that Marjorie passed away. I was told that she went in her sleep, which was a blessing. Joan,although I have not met you,I am Alice( Jackchr(39)s sister) & Ted Harrychr(39)s daughter.I was not able to return to N.S. from Florida this summer due to my husbandchr(39)s health issues. I have always visited with Marjorie every summer since I retired in 99.I was able to arrange transportation for her, so that she was included in many of the Todd family reunions & a few Thanksgiving celebrations. The last few years, since she was in Wickwire place, I have been taking her home made soup & short bread cookies that she loved so much.I feel badly that I was unable to see her this summer. Every year I visit Jackchr(39)s grave. You have done a marvelous job of looking after his & your familychr(39)s grave sites. I would always let Marjorie know. I know not being able to travel to the South Shore in a number of years , that was a comfort to her. Please accept my condolences. Judy
