Obituary of Gordon Perry Atwell

Atwell, Gordon Perry – age 64 years of Hantsport, passed away peacefully at the Valley Regional Hospital on July 30, 2013. Born in Wolfville, NS on September 3, 1948; he was the son of the late Clinton and Jean (Bonang) Atwell. Left with fond and loving memories are his brothers Rodney (Anna) of Canning, Reginald (Trudy) of Hantsport, Steven (Linda) of Hantsport, David (Becky) of Beaver Bank, Brian (Anne) of Hantsport; sisters Gladys (Butch) of Kentville, Doris (Gordon) of Hantsport, Irene of Hantsport, Marjorie of Lockhartville, Diana (Clyde) of Windsor, Susan (Tim) of Middleton, Karen of Bishopville and Sue-Anne (Tony) of Mt. Denson; also by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Gary and Leonard. In keeping with Gordon`s wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at the Bishopville Cemetery on Thursday, August 1st, 2013 at 2pm with Rev. Terry Coldwell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gordon may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
