Cotter, Ruby Charlotte - age 97 years of Berwick, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2013 in Kentville. Born on September 15, 1916 in New Ross she was a daughter of the late Trueman and Charlotte (Eisenhauer) Costley. She was a member of the Berwick Baptist Church and the last surviving member of her immediate family. Left with fond and loving memories are her nieces and nephews Sheldon (Judy) Costley, Alice Morgan, Judy (Bob) Cochrane, Colleen (David) Llewellyn, Carmen Legge, Valerie (Ron) Nickerson, Bertha Hatchard, Larry Costley, Joyce (Paul) Vis, Grace Morse, Ruby (Vernon) Keddy, Morgan (John) Corston, Stanley Bezanson, Garnet (Patsy) Bezanson, and Wanda McInnis. Predeceased by her husband Douglas in 1988 and son Dougie; brothers David, Clayton, Willie, Milton, Douglas, Charles; sisters Grace, Bernice, Flora, Jessie, Winifred and Kathleen. Visitation will be held on Thursday October 31, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, Berwick Chapel; from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 2 pm with Rev. Marilyn Rose officiating. Donations in Rubys memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
