MacInnis, Allan Brent, 90 of Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown, Anna. Co., passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 21, 2013 in the Lodge in the presence of family. Born in England, April 10, 1923, he was a son of the late Brent & Annie May(Such) MacInnis & came to Canada as an infant. Allan leaves behind a loving companion, Barb Gidney; daughters, Nancy (Ron) Eary, Greenwood; Beverly (Eric) Morash, Dover; Heather MacInnis, Hamilton, ON; sons, Brent (Carol) MacInnis & Murray (Crystal) MacInnis, both of Hubbards; Allan (Schelene) MacInnis, Chester Grant; grandchildren, Carol Anne, Jeffery, Vincent, Brain, Michael, Tara, Kayleigh, Tyler, Yvonne, Jason, & Trevor; 11 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Veronica Dean & granddaughter, Leah Baker. Cremation has taken place under the care & direction of the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Coldbrook. The memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday in St. Monica??s Roman Catholic Church, Middleton. Father Jose Thomas officiating. Interment will take place in St. Lawrence??s Cemetery, Kingston. A special thanks to the staff of Mountain Lea Lodge who took great care of our parents over the last 7 years. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory maybe made to Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown.
