Obituary of Grace Andrina Russell

Russell, Grace Andrina, 77, of Berwick, Kings Co., passed away peacefully, at home, May 26th 2010. Born in Toronto, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Daisy (Davis) Shepherd. Grace was a generous volunteer to the VON, the Animal Clinic, Meals on Wheels, the Claymore Society, Kings Chorale and the Foot Clinic. She was a loving mom to her three daughters: Moira Russell of Kentville; Andrina Westcott of Sarnia, Ont. & Deirdre (Marc) Beaulac of Gilbert, Arizona; son-in-law: Tim Lutz of Berwick & brother-in-law: William Kennedy of Vancouver B.C. She was Nana to 9 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren & an aunt to her nieces & nephews. Grace was predeceased by her husband, John; son-in-law Tom Westcott and sister Thelma ???Babs?? Kennedy. There will be no visitation by family request. Cremation has taken place under the care & direction of the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook. A celebration of Grace??s life will take place at her home, 157 Orchard Street, Berwick from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, June 1st 2010. No flowers by request, donations in memory of Grace may be made to the VON, the Animal Shelter or to a charity of one??s choice.
