Obituary of William Hiltz

Hiltz, William Ernest, 87 of South Berwick, passed away Friday, September 17, at his home. Born in Kentville, Kings Co. he was a son of the late George Benjamin and Lenora Louise (Ernest) Hiltz. William was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by sons: Harold (Marion) New Minas; Gregory (Gloria) New Minas; daughters: Wilma (Willis) Moore, Kentville; Debra Hiltz, Aldershot; grandchildren: Crystal and James; great grandchildren: Tiffany, Keegan, Jacob and Quinn. He was predeceased by his wife, the former, Helen Peterson; grandsons, Barry Moore and 1 in infancy; brothers, Walter Gurney, Ronald, Leverett and infant brother, Warren and a sister, Ruth. No visitation by family request. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook. Rev. Barbara Cochran officiating. Private family interment will take place in the Cambridge Cemetery, following the reception at the funeral home.
