Forsythe, Clyde Owen, 88, of Blomidon Court, Greenwich, Kings Co. formerly of Wolfville passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010 in Blomidon Court. Born in Wolfville he was a son of the late Wylie and Blanche (Minard) Forsythe. Clyde was a painting contractor in the Wolfville area all of his working life. He was a member of St. Andrews United Church, Wolfville and an adherent of the Centreville Baptist Church. He is survived by daughters: Sue (Charles) MacLean, Sydney; Barb Cann, Charlottetown, P.E.I; 4 grandchildren: Jennie, Laura and Amy MacLean and Christy Cann, step children: Keith (Lillian) Levy, Ian (Joan) Levy, Wade (Sue) Levy, Laurie (Stella) Levy, Helen Long and Darlene Turner; sisters Janet and Marguerite. He was predeceased by his 1st wife, Edith Mitchell, his 2nd wife, Muriel Levy and his 3rd wife, Kay Pearl; sisters, Hope, Grace and Ruth; brothers: Gordon, Graydon, LeRoy, Clifford, Malcolm, Victor and Randolph; granddaughter, Katie Cann. Cremation has taken place under the care & direction of the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. Coldbrook. A private family graveside service will take place 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 5 in Willow Bank Cemetery, Wolfville. Rev. Gary Manthorne officiating.
