Gould, Mildred Augusta, February 19, 1914 to January 08, 2007. It is with great sadness that Mildred was released from this earth. She passed away in Grand View Manor, Berwick, N.S. at the age of 92 years. Mildred was born in Burlington, N.S. to the late Vernon and Cora (Foley) Saltzman and worked most of her life at the Graves Factory in Berwick. She was a strong & vibrant woman, who loved to have a good dance. Mildred was predeceased by her husband, Harold Gould in 1962; son, Gerald Gould in 1999; daughter, Frances Gould in 1947; and good friend, Wilfred Moody in 1974. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Shirley Conner, Calgary, AB.; 9 grandchildren; Bruce, Berwick; Gregory, Calgary, AB.; Carolyn & Ann, both of Kentville; Connie, Halifax; Jane, Pam & Martin, all of Waterville; Lynn of Calgary, AB.; 14 great-grandchildren; ex-daughter-in-law, Eunice, Waterville & ex-son-in law, Bob Lynch, Milton. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook. No visitation by request. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, January 10, 2007 in the Berwick Cemetery. Pastor Wayne Nicholson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society.
