Weatherbee, Shirley Iwillda- 71, of Berwick passed away on March 31, 2014 in her home. Born in West Brooklyn, Nova Scotia on November 15, 1942; she was a daughter of the late Frank and Ella (Croft) Kennedy. She is survived by her husband of 50 years James; daughters Lisa Dorey, Berwick and Roberta Read, Lake Echo; brothers Lawrence Kennedy, Alberta, John ( Carolyn)Kennedy, West Brooklyn; Sister Bernice(Don) Furlotte of Wilmot; Grandchildren James and Emily; great grandchild Desmond.
Shirley was predeceased by brothers Roy, Albert, Wilfred, and Hugh; sisters, Hazel and Marie-Frances. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place; visitation will be on Friday April 4 from 4-8pm from The Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, Berwick Chapel (192 Commercial Street) from where a memorial service will be held on Saturday April 5 at 2pm with Rev.
