Fleet Lillian G.- 86 of Brooklyn, Hants County, passed away Sunday February 8, 2004 peacefully at home. She was the daughter of the late Jane and Ernest Moritmore, England. She was proceded by her husband Oliver Fleet. She is a member of St. James Anglican Church where she taught Sunday School for 35 plus years. She came to Canada as a war bride. She is also Proceded by two brothers and survived by a sister in England. Also proceded by two grand children and many nieces and nephews here and in England. Surviving, daughters Frances ( Freeman ) Swinamer; Sheila ( Bill ) Ackroyd; Pauline ( John Harmon) ; Jean ( Earl Spencer ) ; Edna ( Darrell ) Lantz Judy ( Gary ) Porter; Debbie ( Allan ) Bland; Son John ( Carolanne ) Fleet. 15 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grand Children, 7 Great Great Grand Children. A Memorial Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Brooklyn, Hants, Co. Thursday February 12th 2004 at 2 PM the Rev. Val Rhymes officiating. Visitation Wednesday February 11th 2004 from 2- 4 PM and 7-9 Pm from St. James Anglican Church, Brooklyn, Hants Co. Interment will be held in St. James Cemetery. The family request is for family flowers only. Donations in memory may be made be made to the St. James Anglican Church, Brooklyn; Nova Scotia Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of ones choice. Reception to follow in the church hall. Arrangements are under the care of Serenity Cremation & Funeral Specialists Inc. PO Box 239 Port Williams, N.S.
